This is an amazing resource - as a DM I've been using it for a few sessions here'n'there and it's been really fantastic to have interesting but relatively low-impact items which entertain the players without breaking any fight mechanics!
My DM just introduced this resource and the results were a hoot. The sheer quantity of options is bonkers! There's something for every setting and each result feels thematic. The imagination of the creators: absolutely astounding. Plus, the undercurrent of classic D&D humour throughout makes it super fun to flip through.
This is an INSANE feat of invention. Having just the first pre-release volume of 1000, not only is it highly entertaining to literally just flip through, but the temptation to start rolling dice is hard to resist. I'm already letting fellow GMs know about this, it's so so good.
