Contact & Company Details
Who we are, where we are, and how to reach a real person. One inbox, answered by the person who built the thing.

2. What to email us about, and what to expect
- Your pledge, order or delivery — include the email address you pledged with. Replies within 2 working days.
- Cancelling or refunding — see Cancellations & Refunds. Acknowledged within 1 working day.
- Your personal data — put Data subject request in the subject. Handled within 30 days, usually much sooner. Details in Backer Rights.
- Accessibility problems — put Accessibility in the subject. 2 working days, and we'll complete your order by hand if the site is blocking you. See Accessibility.
- Copyright or illegal content — put Copyright in the subject. See Copyright & Takedowns.
- Security issues — put Security in the subject. We'd rather hear from you than read about it later, and we don't threaten researchers who report in good faith.
3. Things we can't help with
We can't change, refund or look up your original Kickstarter pledge — that's between you and the creator on Kickstarter's platform, and we have no access to it. We're not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kickstarter PBC.
We also can't tell you when a creator will ship, beyond what they've told us. Creators fulfil their own rewards; we provide the software. If a creator has gone quiet, tell us anyway — we can often chase them harder than you can.
4. Writing to us
Post reaches us at the registered office above. Email is dramatically faster and gets the same legal standing for cancellations and data requests, so please use it unless you specifically need a paper trail.
5. Complaints
Reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated — it comes to the founder, which is a short escalation path. If we still can't resolve it, UK consumers can get free independent guidance from Citizens Advice. On data protection specifically, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, though we'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
